Ralph Kayser, Owner and manager of Desert Pro Commercial Cleaning LLC, had managed and operated call center facilities for over 25 years, inclusive of “in house” and on-site, contract, janitorial, and facilities management staff. Given his own dissatisfaction with several local contract janitorial service providers, Ralph saw a wonderful business opportunity. In 2009, he incorporated Desert Pro Commercial Cleaning LLC, bringing the same dedication, exceptional, on-time, customer service, and high quality results to his own business.
Assisting Ralph in the operation of the business is his son, James Kayser. James’s hard work and dedication provides added value to our service team. As a customer, you will not hear the excuses for shoddy, poor, sloppy, janitorial service that have grown endemic to the janitorial service industry.
